An absolute must. Failure to do so or pouting in my inbox about “discretion/blackmail” tells me more than I need. I am a professional and understand and value this need, and will respect it. I expect you to do the same for me. All new friends MUST supply the following:

-selfie with a valid, government issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc). Photo and full name must be visible; all else can be redacted.

AND one or more of the following:

-LinkedIn profile with multiple valid connections

-work profile from your employers website (I may ask for a simple email to confirm it’s you - I will use a separate, discrete email for this.

-two (2) references from companions you’ve seen in the last 6-12 months. Include their website and email, and please notify them of my contact.

I am located less than 10 minutes from downtown Detroit in New Center, offering a discrete and upscale space for us to enjoy. Both the parking lot and building are well monitored by 24 hour CCTV cameras.

Kindly add $100 to the established rate. Failure to comply will result in termination of the meeting with no refund issued.

I am more than happy to join you at your 3+ star hotel within metro Detroit. Travel exceeding an hour is subject to fees.

I reserve the right to terminate a meeting at any time for any reason, without a refund to you. Some of the things that will get you in hot water include:

-overtly aggressive disposition or activities

-racism, sexism, homo/trans-phobia

-antisemitism. I experience the nuances of this everyday, especially as a woman. I am sad to say I also experienced it overtly and outright during a meeting.

-haggling and/or shorting me compensation

-constant out-of-meeting communication

-being under the influence of illicit substances and/or attempting to have me participate

-smoking. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Do not do this before or during our time together.

Kindly compensate us separately at the beginning of the meeting. Should there be a discrepancy in our considerations, please compensate us in the higher rate.

I cannot stress this enough: it’s extremely rare I have same day openings. I attend school and engage in volunteer work. Please refrain from doing this; it leads me to believe you do not respect my time and boundaries. If we have met before, I am more willing to work with you.

If your life is as busy as mine, I know it can sometimes get hectic. For that, I offer the following cancellation policy.

Over than 24 hours: no fee

Less than 24 hours: 25% fee

Less than 12 hours: 50% fee

Less than 6 hours: Full fee

Tips are never expected, but always greatly appreciated. You’ll immediately shoot up to the top of my preferred list!
